Common questions about our course fees, payments, and what's included in each plan
Are course materials included in the price?
Yes, printed and digital materials are included in the Standard and Private Intensive plans. The Starter plan includes printed handouts for your chosen language, with optional digital resources available at a small added fee.
Can I switch between English, French, and Arabic courses?
Standard and Private Intensive plans allow access to more than one language track. Starter plan students can switch languages at the start of a new monthly cycle, subject to available class schedules.
Do you offer refunds if I miss classes?
We do not offer cash refunds for missed group sessions, but students can arrange a makeup class within the same month, based on availability. Private Intensive sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
Is there a registration fee besides the monthly cost?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 250 applies to new students, covering placement testing and enrollment. This fee is separate from the monthly course price listed for each plan.
How do I pay for my course, and is payment monthly?
Payments are collected monthly at the start of each course cycle, either in cash at our Luxor office or via bank transfer. We can also arrange a payment plan for the Private Intensive package upon request.
What happens after I complete a course level?
Students receive a completion certificate and a short assessment to confirm readiness for the next level. We then recommend a follow-up plan, whether continuing group classes or moving to private lessons.
